Direct Primary Care is a new movement of doctors to bring back the old-fashioned meaningful doctor-patient relationship blended with today’s technology. It is an alternative to conventional insurance-based primary care. Rather than going through all the hassles of insurance claims and prior authorizations, we establish direct relationships with our patients through an affordable monthly membership fee. Contact us as often as necessary; there is no copayment per visit. Visits can be conducted through easy video telemedicine, texts, emails, or limited in office or house-calls per year. We also provide transparency for any additional costs that are not included in your monthly membership (eg., labs, imaging, medications, certain procedures such as OMT). We bring you an affordable monthly membership equivalent to the cost of a copay for one doctor visit.
-
The monthly membership includes excellent primary care by your family doctor and open access to our services. You'll be able to use whatever form of communication you desire, whether it be a face-to-face visit, a phone call, a text message, or even a video chat to conduct your visit. You can schedule your annual wellness exam, receive basic office procedures, and optimize your health while under our care. Moreover, we do our best to negotiate and find low-cost alternatives to imaging, medical equipment, medications and labs to lower your out of pocket expenses, support small businesses, and drive an understanding of health-care pricing.

Most insurances require copays and deductibles as well as additional charges for blood work or rapid testing. At Pay It Forward Healthcare, for less than the price of your cable or phone bill, you get up to a 90% discount on blood work and imaging because we are removing the insurance middleman and are committed to price transparency. We do not charge co-pays for our telemedicine visits or limited house call visits included in the membership. In fact, we offer full transparency with all payments. Your membership fee allows us, your doctor, to serve you the way it should be done, through an enduring and trusting relationship between you and your doctor, and in relaxed 60 minute visits instead of 7-15 minutes at most offices.
-
We do not require you to have health insurance to become a member or to schedule a pay-per visit appointment. Our membership fees cover many primary care services but there are certain types of services we cannot provide for you, such as major surgeries, hospital stays, labor & delivery, or specialized care such as cancer treatment. We highly encourage our members to have health insurance for services not provided by your membership. In general, direct primary care practices pair well with high deductible low-cost health plans or medical cost sharing plans allowed by the state. Cost-sharing plans often give discounts for our patients.
-
Our goal is to provide high quality primary care services to our patients, but we know things change and it doesn’t always work out. You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice, a prorated amount minus any services rendered will be refunded. If your membership account lapses, a re-enrollment fee may apply.
