Our Pay What You Can Pricing Model 

All rates are suggested rates, if you are unable to pay the full amount or have room to contribute to our cause, you can choose an amount that works for you at checkout. Low on cash? Call our office to discuss creative trade options or Pay It Forward! We are committed to providing accessible, affordable care. 

Pay-per-visit for Non-Members

Appointments based on availability. Member discounts and benefits limited to testing performed during appointment. Our suggested Pay-per-visit rate is $25-$150/visit. We ask that you pay what you believe is reasonable and affordable for you. If you are able, consider paying for yourself and another person’s appointment.

Monthly Membership for Direct Unlimited Primary Care Access - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.

Includes an annual home or office visit, easy telehealth access, hour long appointments, physicals, checkups, & direct access to your doctor via phone/text/email (Currently available for residents of Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater in Washington State ONLY).   • 0-17 years of age $25 per month*

  • 18-39 years of age $55 per month

  • 40-64 years of age $65 per month

  • 65 + years of age $75 per month

    *with adult membership.

We are not affiliated with any insurance plans. Our primary goal is to provide quality health care for patients until you are able to re-establish care, resume insurance coverage, or if you choose, become a member of our practice (if available in your area).

How it Works

Appointments are based on provider availability.

We will do our best to discuss your care as soon as possible. Schedule online or by texting, or calling 619-719-1210. Please leave your name, number and a brief message. We will call back to learn a little more about your health concern and if appropriate, schedule a time that will work for you. Please remember our providers are working part or full time in other clinics. 

You can reach us through multiple platforms: text, telephone or video.

Appointments can be conducted via text, telephone, through a video platform, or in person if you live in Thurston County. Your health privacy and protection of information is important to us, that said, using any of the platforms including your telephone or apps such as facetime or google chat may not be 100% secure; we do not have any control over the security of these applications and visits conducted through these apps will be at your own risk. 

Vietnamese language available.

We are a group of second-generation Vietnamese Americans and owe a great deal of where we are today to our families before us so, we hope to expand services for and within the Vietnamese and greater Asian community. Where needed, we may use a translator.  

Pricing

With the goal in mind of increasing access and improved healthcare, and by maintaining full or part-time work at our respective clinics, Pay It Forward physicians and providers are able to provide our services at “suggested, pay-what-you-can rates.” If you are unable to pay market rates, we do ask that you “pay it forward” with services on behalf of improving your own family or your community. We do ask that arrangements be made prior to your appointment.
